Jen Arnold joined the Innovation Focus team in 2007 and her energy and enthusiasm, coupled with her warm way of interacting with clients and interviewees has made her an important asset to everyone she works with. She has worked on new product development and market research projects across many industries. Her roles in these projects include process designer, project manager, lead interviewer, innovation facilitator, and logistics manager. Another of Jen's primary roles is to organize and manage Innovation Focus’ training programs and other events. She is also internally responsible for managing and tracking Innovation Focus' sales efforts.
She is a skilled facilitator and manager for innovation projects. She brings many creative abilities to support in designing, implementing and reporting outcomes in compelling ways that will help her clients share their learning and results. Jen is an experienced moderator and interviewer for market research projects. She designs and manages large and small-scale research projects using traditional methodologies, such as focus groups or surveys, that are customized to fit her clients' needs.
Before joining Innovation Focus, Jen worked in the advertising and marketing industry for more than 10 years. During this time she most enjoyed client interaction, devising marketing plans and assisting the creative department. She is a 1994 graduate of Pennsylvania School of Art & Design.
Jen lives in rural Lancaster county with her daughter and husband. She enjoys spending time with her family, tailgating at Penn State games, and eating FroYo.
