Our Team

Bree Gillespie, Director, Discovery & Innovation at Innovation Focus Inc. is responsible for helping clients creatively explore customer insights and assist in front end processes of product development and innovation. Working closely with the client team, Bree is responsible for helping clients drive insights to the next level.

Bree is a part of the leadership team for the Creative Education Foundation (CEF), Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI).  CEF is a unique organization designed to teach and expand creative problem solving techniques and processes.  Bree is also a certified trainer in the Innovation Focus Focused Innovation TechniqueT, enabling her to train others in this creative problem solving method.

At IF, Bree has worked with clients including AstraZeneca, LP, Aero Products, New Pig Corporation, Singapore Airlines, Kraft Foods, American Greetings, Avery Dennison and others.

A graduate of Ohio University, Bree received her Bachelor of Science in Communications from the College of Communications. During her time at OU, she was a member of the NCAA Ohio University Field Hockey Team.

Outside of IF, Bree founded and is the director of a club field hockey program to help high school student athletes gain high level playing experiences and athletic scholarships. During her free time, Bree enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and family.
