Creating the Customer Connection Training

The dates for this business ethnography training have been set for June 9-11, 2014.

This training will enhance your understanding of business ethnography, identify challenges inherent in the effective application of business ethnography, introduce practical frameworks to use to generate meaning from business ethnography and review the Ethnographer’s Toolkit with tips on how, when, where and why to use them.
