Ethnographic and Observational Training offering for 2014
Anne Orban spoke at the The PDMA NY/NJ chapter Winter 2014 event this month. Her presentation Creating the Customer Connection: Ethnography Primer received high praise. This presentation was an excerpt of a more in-depth training that we offer at our location in Lancaster, PA.
Because of increased interest, we are working to organize a training this spring. This training would give participants the knowledge, skills and practice to conduct the most effective ethnography research.
This training will enhance your understanding of business ethnography, identify challenges inherent in the effective application of business ethnography, introduce practical frameworks to use to generate meaning from business ethnography and review the Ethnographer’s Toolkit with tips on how, when, where and why to use them.
